Operation Instructions
Initial Setup
1. Load Dishes: Scrape large food particles; load upper/lower racks and silverware basket properly, avoiding nesting; place sharp items handles up.
2. Add Detergent: Use automatic dispenser; fresh powder, tablet, or gel, amount per soil level and water hardness.
3. Add Rinse Aid: Fill dispenser (indicator shows level); adjust for spotting (L0-L6).
4. Run Hot Water: At sink until hot (120°F+), then close.
5. Select Cycle: Use controls; lights confirm.
6. First Use: Run empty Normal cycle with detergent.
Operating the Dishwasher
1. Select Cycle: Press for Heavy, Normal, 30 Min Wash, Energy Saver, Rinse Only, or China Crystal.
2. Select Options: Wash Pressure, Hi-Temp Wash, Sanitize (NSF certified), Heat Dry/Air Dry, Delay Start, My Favorite.
3. Control Lock: Hold Delay Start until "loc" displays to lock controls.
4. Start: Close door firmly; press Start. Unit fills, washes, rinses, dries.
5. Interrupt Cycle: Open door (pauses); add items, close to resume after pressing Start.
6. Cancel: Press Start for 3 seconds to drain and reset.
Note: DishSense™ adjusts cycle time; normal sounds include water splashing and motors. Contents hot after Sanitize.
Care and Cleaning
1. Filter: Clean regularly; remove coarse and fine filters, rinse under water.
2. Spray Arms: Check and clear clogs as needed.
3. Exterior/Interior: Wipe with soft cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasives.
4. Monthly Clean: 2 cups white vinegar in bottom rack, run Normal (no detergent).
5. Rinse Aid: Refill as needed; adjust dispenser setting L0-L6.
Note: Use only dishwasher-safe items; clean air gap if installed; winterize in cold areas.
Troubleshooting
- Won't Start: Check power, door latch, cycle selected, no Delay Start or lock.
- No Water Fill: Water supply on? Pressure 20+ PSI; run hot water first.
- Poor Drainage: Hose kinked? Disposer empty and plug removed? Clean filters.
- Soils on Dishes: Pre-rinse heavy soils; use correct cycle/detergent/temp; check loading.
- Spotting/Filming: Hard water? Increase rinse aid; test hardness; use vinegar clean.
- Not Drying: Select Heat Dry; use rinse aid; unload promptly.
- Leaking: Level unit; check door seal; correct detergent amount.
- Long Cycles: Normal with options or heating; DishSense® adjusts.

Installation Instructions

Remove Old Dishwasher
- Shut off power at breaker and water supply.
- Disconnect drain hose, water line, electrical.
